tacp18 Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 Im at the levl (vajun i think it is).. and im to the part where im fighting rosh. Well, everytime I think i got him the 2 goons in the room with him heal him of sorts.. I went on fighting him for about 15-20 mins.. WTF is up with this.. I even tried diff. weapons to kill him.. AND the 2 goons.. its like they dont die.. Can anyone please help..!!.. Thanks in advance
Tinny Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 take care of the goons first so they don't heal rosh, they have high hit points but eventually they'll die, use blaster or repeater . then saber rosh

Thanks for the help.. back to the game.. (I have levl cheats written down .. but didnt want to use if I didnt have to hehe)
homercles Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 Yea, but you can only kill the goons when they are energizing Rosh. So, just slash the hell outta rosh then when the goons energize him slash the hell outta them.

JediMeister Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 On Jedi Knight difficulty and Jedi difficulty I found I could kill the disciples guys even when they weren't healing Rosh. I would use absorb, speed, and fast lightsaber style. After a few times of hitting and running they'd be dead and I'd only have Rosh to deal with.

I'd just do some saber throws, with all their fancy dodges and force push, they aren't to smart - sometimes they would actually go the wrong way into my saber - and I've seen Rosh accidently get a piece of them with his clumsy heavy-stance swings!
StormHammer Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 If you're not sure how much damage they've taken, use Force Sense as you get in close. That will display a healthbar over their heads so you know which one to concentrate on first. Just persevere, back off when you're low on health and go for health packs and shields, turn on Absorb as they hit you with lightning, and that should bump up your Force mana to either drain them (dark side) or use Heal (light side). It's a good challenging fight...
Andy867 Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 This is not an ending actually... This is where you are at Vjun I think, and you see Rosh and he is being powered by the dark side and he will attack you. Thats what happens.

Remirol Nacnud Posted October 12, 2003 Posted October 12, 2003 It just shows how much Rosh sucks. When I first did it, I also went on for ages without killing the twins. Even when you know that you have to kill those two, it takes ages. All this time Rosh is attacking me, and he doesn't do FA! At least Rosh used a few things like heal and absorb.
