Starfire13 Posted October 24, 2003 Posted October 24, 2003 Made another one, after finally figuring out how to change the model (and scaling) in the cutscenes. Oh, and if anyone wants to know what is that song Rosh is singing, it's from here: http://www.theforce.net/songbook/Songs/7.htm
IG-64 Posted October 24, 2003 Posted October 24, 2003 how did you change the scaling? changing files?
Starfire13 Posted October 24, 2003 Author Posted October 24, 2003 I edited the player.cfg file and put "scale 75" in it.
Starfire13 Posted October 24, 2003 Author Posted October 24, 2003 The file is called player.cfg It's not that hard to spot. Just sort alphabetically and scroll down.
IG-64 Posted October 24, 2003 Posted October 24, 2003 ah, well ok, it must not exist for me, thanks anyways:(
Prime Posted October 24, 2003 Posted October 24, 2003 I'm pretty sure it does. Otherwise your game would not be working...

Starfire13 Posted October 25, 2003 Author Posted October 25, 2003 I don't know what program you're using to view the pk3 files. I use Winzip. It seems that whatever program you're using, it display the folders as well, not just files and the path. You'll find the player.npc file in the ext_data\npcs\ directory. Remember not to modify the file itself. Extract it, modify it, and then package it as a seperate pk3 file and drop it in your base folder. You can probably find instructions in the modding forum on how to do that.

Starfire13 Posted October 25, 2003 Author Posted October 25, 2003 D'oh. Sorry, my mistake. I've hardly slept all week (exams) and am having a fever and flu, so not really on top of things at the moment.
