Usurpo
Is there a way to rotate brushes 45 degrees instead of the full 90? If so, how do I use it?
mknote
Use the free rotation. Be warned: it makes it hard to edit them as it takes it off of the grid. MK
GothiX
You can also use vertex editing and three-point clipping.
WadeV1589
And you should use vertex/edge moving as well as clipping, free rotate is great for meshes...not so good for solid work. 45 degrees isn't too bad as long as the brush is simple, a complex brush tho may end up disappearing. Damn it, GothicX, you should have told me of the three-point clipping a year ago... It would have helped to produce a better Lighthouse!
Usurpo
First of all, how do I activate free rotation? And Gothic, isn't the vertex tool just for ajusting sizes and what not? [stupid question, I know...] How do you use it to rotate?
GothiX
Vertex manipulation can also create a 45 dgree agle - just move the vertices that way. Free rotation is activated by pressing R. Oh, and lasse, I'm sorry, really. But err.. V2.0!!
