eidospsogos
i read the list of things the patch was supposed to do, and it has done very few of them for my game. targeting still shows up on bodies or items that shouldn't be targetable before disappearing. and the empty force meters that were supposed to be removed by the characters that don't use the force are still there. that's just two off the top of my head. but more than anything: PLEASE FIX THE SCRIPTING FOR YOUR IDIOTIC PARTY MEMBERS! i have had better support from teammates in a FPS for crying outloud. if you don't switch back and forth between them before their lkast string of commands run out, they seem to all of a sudden become extremely stupid. all the experience carth supposedly gained as a soldier, would probably not cause him to run up point blank to someone with a sword to start shooting them. tweak it, fix it, create a "do nothing until i tell you to" script. i don't care, i just can't take these imbeciles much longer
Jabbas WhOr3
I installed that god forsaken patch and now I cant get game to load (disk thing on screen ... goes no further) so I reverted back to 1.00 and used a No-cd crack the game started perfectly. eidospsogos
i had that problem. right after i installed the patch. that spinning cd icon would not go away no matter how many times i ended the program. let's give bioware credit, because this is the first time i have experienced a full system freeze since getting windows xp . had to just hold the power button in until the thing shut off. once i restarted, i haven't had the problem again. Clemme w/Stick
Hmm, I had some probs yesterday as well. I finally completed Yavin and Tatooine and got further into the game. Once I go to the unknown world. Once I got to the fighters just before I crash landed, my system crashed. Oh well, I rebooted and stated from the top. This time I got down on the planet and got outside the ship, once I sat my foot on the planet my system crashed again. This time I got agitated, I rebooted and started from the top...again. Well, I got down on the system again, and got outside my ship again. This time I saved the game on the beach, in case I should crash again. Well, this time the system waited until I had killed those aliens that attacked. I rebooted once more and loaded the game, killed te aliens and moved on. This was really starting to bug me. Anywas I think that was my last crash and I could play the game normally once more. I dont if it was the patch or the drivers that was causing the probs, but I didnt have them before I updated . I still love the game however, and will continue to do that . -Clemme
Surfnshannon
I have not gotten that far yet. But after I installed the patch and drivers I did not have any of the lag or crashing that I was experiencing before in Upper Taurus.
