no one can train me :(

ive had 5 pepole now try to train me up to mater marksmen but they have no joy but yet i still need pistol 4 carbine 4 ranged 3 and 4 and rifle 2,3 ,4 but they keep getting they carnt train me why is it i carnt be trained could it be to do with me still being on my free mouth
