Quick Graphical Question

Ok, I am busy making a particular trailer for a little project and I am need of assistance. I know that CG_DRAW2D 0 removes most of the text and 2D stuff, etc. However, it does NOT remove the text at the top when you kill someone. Now I am wanting to create the trailer without any of that text. What is the command that removes that text? oh, and I am kind of on a timeframe here, so the sooner the better:)

I want to remove that so that even if I kill someone, the only way I will know is the huge explosion in my face and not some text.

i browsed every console cmd and i didn't found anything related to the "mr x killed mr y".

Why dont you ask people who have made this kind of stuff before? Maybe they can help.

You could just use a video editing program afterwards, to cut out the upper set of pixels in which the lines appear.

Try to get the levelshot command to work. only works with cheats though i think. It removes everything (i think) even the widescreen view in cutscenes. So, if you wanna watch JKA cutscenes in full screen (you see more stuff) try the levelshot command. (worked in JK2)

 

Only problem is, it actually takes a levelshot, but you can delete it afterwords

Actually, I was able to find the command (thanks to a Raven Employee).. The command is cl_noprint

but it will come in handy for future trailers...
