Xaos
How do you configure a Gamepad on the pc so it behaves like the X-Box version? Any help would be appreciated
Prime
I didn't think it worked with joysticks in the PC version...
Gabrobot
Well it says in the readme that you can use a Joystick or Gamepad, but I couldn't get my Gamepad to work with the JA demo...I haven't tried since then though...
Kurgan
Check LucasArts.com's Yoda's Help Desk page. JA and JK2 both have joystick support, but I haven't messed with it. Find a user named "Vagabond" and PM him about it, he's a big joystick man and may be able to help you. ; ) Get the latest drivers for your joystick and check the 'net. The joystick stuff hasn't changed much between Q3 games that I know of (probably not anyway). Though your particular stick may simply not be supported. acdcfanbill
I find it funny that when playing games like Halo for xbox, i was always wishing for a keyboard and a mouse

Lindsey
I use a double control setup in JA, I use a PSX Dual Shock controller that runs thru a ten dollar radio shack adapter, and the mouse and keyboard for other commands. The controller handles the movement and force selection, the mouse handles the aiming and attacking and certain dark force powers, and the keyboard handles the chat, and binds. It is possible to have a joystick, I highly recommend my method. The free control it gives makes me a better player on servers like Chop Shop and power duel servers.
