txa1265
OK, after playing Tron 2.0 a little while ago, I just re-discovered my VHS tape with the original Tron movie I taped off of cable years ago. Amazingly, even being a fan back when it came out (and pumping untold quarters into Discs of Tron - which I liked much better than the original Tron game - in the arcade), I prefer the new Tron 2.0 game. Interesting. So I thought I'd ask - which do *YOU* like better? I'm giving 'opt out' answers as well ... Mike
edlib
Hibbert: Homer, this is your physician, Dr. Julius Hibbert. Can you tell us what it's like in there? Homer: Uh...it's like...did anyone see the movie "Tron"? Hibbert: No. Lisa: No. Marge: No. Wiggum: No. Bart: No. Patty: No. Wiggum: No. Ned: No. Selma: No. Frink: No. Lovejoy: No. Wiggum: Yes. I mean -- um, I mean, no. No, heh. -- "Treehouse of Horror VI" I'm a big Tron fan from way back. I sometimes go online as "Flynn." I have the Tron DVD set that came out recently, and Tron 2.0 was one of the best games of last year. I don't remember the older games well enough to make a fair comparison... but I guess I like them both equally. - End of line. -
Troopr-Undr-Fir
We wouldn't have most of the stuff today if there were TRON man. But I have no intrest in playing the game. Why ruin it? I just liked it because it was like those Greek Myths. They explain why things happen in nature with mythological creatures and beings, while TRON explained what happened inside the computer with "living" programs. Just how I think of it
