Anakin Posted May 9, 2004 Author Share Posted May 9, 2004 You want to know what I think, when you know whats going on internaly then you can judge the way I run things, trying to get people to do stuff during thier FREE time is up to them, im not some one who pushes people around to get things sorted, I apply a little presure, but if they are busy fine, but orgisational skills are not an issue, everyone knows what they are doing, the things that screws us up is the site thats it nothing else.
