LightNinja Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 Hi all, im doing link from windwaker, it is almost done but it needs hands and skinning (simple skinning). here is a shot:
RaSiN_HeCk Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 looks like Team Nintendo made a new mascot costume O.o I know Windwaker Link's head's big but it's not THAT big, and it just seems out of porportion. his head's more round, that might fix it, but I think his head's a tad bit too big.
Alegis Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 gigantic head! rest is ok me guesses..except the hair which look like 2 pointy thingies
Miko Reglia Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 Are you going to cell-shade it for the skin? That would look pretty nice.
tFighterPilot Posted May 18, 2004 Posted May 18, 2004 Also, you won't need that damn outline, cuz it didn't have an outline in the game The skinning is gonna be super easy
RaSiN_HeCk Posted May 20, 2004 Posted May 20, 2004 But--- the rest of the game was cell shaded too. and people will complain >.>
tFighterPilot Posted May 21, 2004 Posted May 21, 2004 Originally posted by RaSiN_HeCk But--- the rest of the game was cell shaded too. and people will complain >.> Not quite, only the characters were cell shaded, most of the map was normal 3D
Cyph3r Posted May 21, 2004 Posted May 21, 2004 Im not much of Zelda and Link fan but this looks good enough
tFighterPilot Posted May 21, 2004 Posted May 21, 2004 What the hell does that supposed to mean? damn n00bs
RaSiN_HeCk Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 Not quite, only the characters were cell shaded, most of the map was normal 3D but it was a simple texture somewhat. and it definatly wasn't as realistic (if you'll call it that) as JKA textures

tFighterPilot Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 Originally posted by Acrylic I didnt read the whole thread, but I apologize if someone already said it: make his legs shorter. They look so gay like that. The skeleton doesn't allow it.
Acrylic Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 Originally posted by tFighterPilot The skeleton doesn't allow it. Oh sad. Hmm, well, I dunno then. Nice idea tho.
