Heh, Dolmkazaahr and I are trying to do just that. It hasn't been very successful in Multiplayer though. Plus, it isn't really worth it, it just shoots like a Stormtrooper.

Not going to happen. At least anytime soon. The droideka only works correctly with code that RenegadeOfPhunk did for OJP. This code is specific vehicle code. So no NPC.

but OJP is a community source right? I mean can we use things from it as long as we give proper credit?

Perhaps, but that doesn't make programing NPC's AI easier.

Well currently NPC's don't have the kind of code to allow that. Its all vehicle side. Tied to the VEH_WALKER class.

Now that I think of it, it would be possible to reprogram the AT ST NPC AI, although he's pretty damn stupid in multiplayer (like all NPCs)

Of course. But the point is that right now, the vehicle code only makes the vehicle actually run properly. There's currently no NPC code for the droidekas. Even if there was, you'd be stuck with using it in MP since we don't have the SP source code.
