Whoopknacker
Have they said anything about bringing in the Millenium Falcon? Ideas, What kind of role should it play? Like a B17 in BF42? How many people should it seat? What kind of weapons? I think it should only have three positions and it will likely only be playable on the Tatooine map. However, the movie of Hoth shows the Falcon (I think) so maybe, just maybe it is available there. But I hope it doesn't respawn while there is already one in use, they would look crud... JawaJoey
I think the falcon should be sort of a powerful transport. You could have a pilot, a gunner, and maybe a bunch more room for just passengers. (???) I'd like to see it on tatooine and Hoth. I'd say Bespin, but that's going to be an urban combat level, isn't it?
Lt. Havoc
you want the Falcon but unless they magically pull space battles out of their butts there won't be much need for it. Why have a transport of that size for terrestrial maps which won't be big enough to utilize it? You want to play bus driver and shuttle people back on forth on Tatooine? on a map which is 95% city? You want to magically have the Falcon see combat on Hoth? I promise all of you this so mark these words!!! Items & ideas which should have been done for this release (officer for IMPs, more player classes, better variety and select-ability, more factions and space battles) will suddenly become available for the SWBF expansion. The September release will be for the fans. It'll probably need to be patched straight out of the box then again 1 month later after enough players get fed up with new found exploits. Christmas will begin to bring in the non-SW geek players. Then in Feb. they'll announce the expansion and have some unimaginative name like Star Wars: Battlegrounds: Struggle for the Systems and that'll make for a nice long abbreviation SWBFSS. Then this time next summer we'll see it featuring 4 new space battles, 3 new terrestrial maps, 2 more classes and 2 new factions and 6 new vehicles all at the low, low price of 39.99. Then like clockwork they'll announce another expansion SWBF: Expanded Universe and the whole thing will start all over.

TK-8252
No regular soldier ever piloted the Millenium Falcon. It'd be nice to see the Millenium Falcon, but not pilot it. Maybe you could be a gunner or something, as a few Rebel gunners were onboard the Falcon in the Battle of Endor.
Nevhision
Anyone here not a M. Falcon fan?
Whoopknacker
I think that your right on Havoc, however I think that there will be such an outcry for the Falcon that it will be included. I sure hope that there is alot of community support. I think that LucasArts will make this one for the fans but also seize an opprotunity.
PanzerTekk
if its on hoth I'm sure it will be a command point type of thing. I hope people aren't allowed to fly it.

fishlore
I can understand having a class of ships, X-wing, A-wing, etc. Even corellian transports. But I think it's wrong to have a specific ship in there. The Falcon was unique, although not unique looking per say. It was piloted by famous characters in the movies. It woudn't seem right to have them being flown by "us." If they wanted to add a generic ship of that class I could understand though.
Evil Dark Jedi
Having the M.Falcon would be good but not to pilot as many others have said.
