joesdomain Posted July 18, 2004 Posted July 18, 2004 I am going to try and use the special unit for each faction except for the empire. I refuse to use an expanded universe character. Just use the basic stormtrooper, Tie Pilot, or Scout Trooper for the empire.

It's just ONLY the pilot can safley eject out of screwed up vehicles, like on, a video of endor i saw once, ewok traps were knocking over AT-ST's. I also read on gamespot i think that if your vehicle gets knocked over and you not a pilot, your basiclly screwed. As for my choices, i choose pilot on the poll, but i'm going to try them all. :jawa

Just watching you people die when a TIE Fighter screams by overhead, or an AT-AT squeezes the juice out of you, or an AT-ST picking of infantry one by one, or a speederbike zooming across, running people over makes me feel excited!!

A scout and heavy weopns would be teh ebst team. The scount clears the oppisition/makes a safe path and the heavy weopsn comes running in. This game would make way for some exciting tatics.

When I get the game, the first thing I'm going to play is Hoth and a Snowtrooper...and for after I'll play Naboo and Super Battle Droid. Then I'll look at the rest of the game! John

I would be these units: Empire: Scout Trooper Infantry Trooper Pilot AT-ST Pilot Rebel: Wookie Infantry unit Pilot Scout trooper Confederacy: Pilot Infantry Special Unit Republic: Special Unit Infantry Unit Scout Unit I dislike the sniper units.

joesdomain Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I forgot about that. Maybe I should of said I won't use the sniping weapon on the scout just the other weapons he has. Nobody is perfect when it comes to typing. Since the faction details for empire haven't been released I didn't know what the AT-ST pilot would be doing during the game since really the pilot in the films pilots AT-ST and no tie fighters.
jdtech Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 The AT-ST Pilot is used on Endor instead of the TIE Fighter pilot. Even when they do release the details, it will be probably show you the TIE Fighter, as it is the main skin. It would be nice to have AT-AT Pilots on Hoth... John
joesdomain Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 That would be cool to have the AT-AT Walker as a skin of the pilot on Hoth. They should of put an Imperial Officer skin on the pilot class for Yavin 4. Imperial AT-ST Walker pilot for Pilot skin on Endor. Or something like that.
