THE BADGER:
Voice modulation is a complete waste of game space. It is never used in SOCOM 2.
joesdomain
So there is one game out there where you can talk to bots! Never knew that! Too bad Lucasarts couldn't use that technology in games like Star Wars Battlefront so people who play offline against computer can voice commands to the bot allies. Oh well! I guess it isn't too important right now!
Virtuosis
The problem with talking to bots though, is that if you slur any of the words, it won't go through. It does it all the time to me in SOCOM, especialy when you get a little bit excited, and your words all start to meld into one haha. But I read somewhere you can control the bots with the directional pad on the PS2, not sure about the other systems.
