fuzzyfreaker
and ps2 has bad graphics, see? Hopefully the'll boost the graphics for Xbox and PC, PC should be the best out of all though.
Whoopknacker
The graphics for each system will vary. They will not set one standard across the board. Granted you are not going to need the hardware that is required for Doom3 or HL2. This is my prediction. Required 733Ghz or higher 256 RAM or higher 64 Graphic Card or higher Recommended is sometimes double the requirements. I dont think that they are going to totally alienate lower end pc owners. Counter Strike gained so much popularity because you could play it with a PII and a dialup connection.

Alegis
I do not see why PS2 is an excusefor the poor graphics, first of all they said they aint just porting it from system to systerm, they got teams working on each version, giving them unique thingies. PS2 has good graphics, and even if it didn't, these "unique teams" would give them better gfx's it has been said a hudnred times, take the enemy territory min requirements, and put it a bit higher and voila

You can get 6800. They dont cost too much. I am going to wait awhile for PCI express to go mainstream and the cost go down. I would like to get a 64bit AMD and a 5900 or greater PCI Express card. Alegis
6800 IS quite costly 1.2 GB free hard disk space plus space for saved games i think Battlefront will only be 1 cd
Darth_ToMeR
I think 2 CDs. My guess- * 1 GHz proccesor (1.5 reccomended) * 128 RAM (256 reccomended) * Graphic card - People say '32 MB, 64' but not all the graphic cards are supported. I say minimum will be Geforce 5200FX and recommended will be Radeon9600 XT.

lukeiamyourdad
Not all man. Probably not Battlefront. PS2 remember? It has to at least be playable on the console so even if it will be optimized for PC, don't expect it to pass the 1 GHz recommended spec. Oh and some of today's games don't require 1 GHz, last year's very popular and critically acclaimed Call of Duty was still using the old Quake3 engine and was low on specs. Counter-Strike still lives because of its low requirements. Requirements don't make great games, gameplay does.

Whoopknacker
The game will likely have a couple of CDs. My goodness BFV had three CDs (Im sure in time DVD will be an option). I dont think that they are creating textures and sounds across the board. They are optimizing the game for each machine.
