theforceROCKS
Does anyone know the system requriements for SW Battlefront? And will it work on Windows 95!?!?!?! I REALLY WANT THIS GAME!!!!!!!!
Virtuosis
We have no idea what the system requirements are, so anything we tell you will just be an educated guess.... if you can play battlefield 1942 you might have a chance but don't go buy it when it comes out, unless your sure you have min requirements! Alegis
95 is too old, not supported, i doubt it would work on that. you'll have to get a more recent operating system But, if that version of windows came with the pc you now have, you need a new pc man, mine's 2 years old and ok, but 9 years belongs in a museum.System specs? (ram etc)
THE BADGER:
Yeah I would agree, you got your self a dinosaur. Time to break down and buy a new one.
joesdomain
Heck, My PC is even too old to run this game! I have a Windows 98SE, Pentium III 667MHZ, 128MB, and Intel 810 series chipset that is a 8MB video card. It is a real shame for me! I have a T1 or T2 line through a public university too, so I could play online if I had a new compuuter. Oh well, I will buy PS2 version instead. joesdomain
Yeah, I haven't been able to buy a PC Star Wars game since Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds Clone Campaigns came out for PC in 2002. I could not play Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy, or Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb for PC due to a bad video card and operating system. I won't be able to buy Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, Star Wars Republic Commando, or Star Wars Battlefront for PC either. Oh well! I have Battlefront, Star Wars Lego Game and Star Wars Episode III video game all for PS2 that is coming out between now and May, 2005.

joesdomain
I would assume in the next three weeks that Lucasarts would be updating their site to include PC specifications. Just makes sense! There site is now pre-ordering it!
Virtuosis
Yeah definetly expect a lot more information to be coming in the next few weeks, but definetly think about updating your system. I'm running on Win98 right now, and I can't run anything that comes out anymore, even though my OS is still supported, my computer is not up to specs, and it was top of the line when it was made. So you must really be hurting for specs!!!!
DieStarWarsGeek
windows 95 almost definately won't be supported. Most games nowadays are made for 98 or newer. But yeah, you should be more worried about the rest of your system Time to get a new one! you can get decent ones for super cheap now... ones with payment plans That's my advice.
