I have only completed Nar Shaddaa and am half way through Dantooine. Was unsure if that warranted a Spoiler or not, but did so just to be on the safe side. Even though I have never played as a female character, the strategy guide mentions that the Disciple can teach you how to meditate, which restores your force points, or increases them, something like that.
