Who is master Sifo-Dyas?

They said that he is the one who orders to construct the clone army and obi-wan says that he was killed 10 years ago (since the phantom menace movie) but nothing was said in the first movie and when obi-wan told the Jedi about him they didn’t say anything about him like they hide something, so does any one know something about him? Who killed him (if he is really dead)? If not, will he appear In the 3rd movie?

the answer is, we don't know.

 

it could have been dooku using sifo-dyas' name. or sifo-dyas could have been sidious apprentice before dooku. at moment we can only guess.

 

we'll might find out in ep III what happened to sifo-dyas, we'll just have to wait and see.

Syfo-Dyas was real and Dooku was less than enamoured with the way things were going in the Republic and the Jedi, and he had studied the Sith enough to know they weren't gone, just biding their time. They became friends. After the events of TPM - Qui Gon's death, Sith outed, slave child found in the desert with no father, he knows things are coming to a head. He trys to make the Jedi see, and of course they don't. Syfo-Dyas was also disturbed, but "too weak to take action." He does however order the clones after foreseeing the war. Then Sidious finds out. As part of Dooku's initiation, he must kill his friend and start the war that we saw in AOTC - which also means erasing Kamino and hiring Jango Fett.

 

 

 

Sidious: "One of your former confidants in the Jedi Temple has percieved the coming change, Sidious had told him. This one has contacted a group of cloners, regarding the creation of an army for the Republic. The order for the army can stand, for we will be able to make use of that army someday. But Master Sifo-Dyas cannot stand, for the Jedi cannot learn about the army until we are prepared to have them learn of it."

 

And so with the murder of Sifo-Dyas, Dooku had embraced the dark side fully, and Sidious conferred on him the title of Darth Tyrannus. His final act before leaving the Jedi Order was to erase all mention of Kamino from the Jedi archives. Then, he had found Fetton Bogg 4; had instructed him to deliver himself to Kamino; and had arranged for payment to be made to the cloners through circuitous routes...
