2 hands. I use a 9 button stick with a throttle wheel, so I need to jump back and forth a lot between the throttle, extra buttons, and the keyboard.

i use my right on on joystick, y left hand on keyboards controlling the throttle, and lasers to shields and shields to laser settings, and shield power. I have it set so i don't need to press F9. it's alot easier having that set to the joystick, that way you can control throttle easier.

I have a throttle, but I usually dont use it.

with the left hand, I've got one finger on "I", for targetting projectiles. "O" for targetting everything else, and the semi colon and apostrophe for power management.

I hold the stick with my right hand, hold the little throttle lever on the stick with my left.

I use two hands most of the time unless I'm using one of my hands to adjust the power settings or something like that on the keyboard.

(BTW I'm new here.)
