I sometimes have the glitch that in a dialogue the upper black box disappears, letting mee see what's there. I don't know if obsidian though it over but the killer was Bakkel, leader of the beast-rider thugs in that part of town

This may seem odd, but maybe the one who shot the droid could of just been the accomplice of the true killer so thats why I kinda think it was.. Vaklu, because he wanted Sullio to side with him to have more support for the civil war he was going to declare between the queen, but sullio disagreed and Sullio threatened to tell the queen, but Vaklu disposes of her, and he runs off, but Tobin his pitbull is the one who shot the droid!
