Acrylic
http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000520043660/ It looks as if this is an add on to the GBA line. It's supposedly really small. About the size of an iPod and 2/3 the weight. Yay! EDIT: I see no use in getting it though, since I already have 2 normal GBAs and 1 GBA-SP. jon_hill987
Sorry, only joking. Anyway, I don't see the point in this if, as you say, it is the same as the old one but a bit smaller. The gameboy advance wasn't exactly big anyway... EDIT: and will you even be able to see the screen? it looks tiny.
ZBomber
Hmm.... Gameboy Pocket anyone? Definelty won't get one, it doesn't seem to be much smaller anyways.
Black Knight of Keno
Oh no... Not again... Your Lord and Master Foamy denies this will ever happens... Worship Foamy...Grr... Seriously, all of us have (hopefully) gotten enought of new Gameboy's. Besides... that has only six buttons... A good Gameboy needs at least eight... I dunno, I think the only reason they're releasing this is for people that are scared that something will cause a big bulge in their pants. *gasp!*

I have never had any consoles (except an old used NES and a Amiga Commondore), and will probably not get this, but whatever suites the consumer's needs. TheMadDoofer
It looks cool, but why did they bother to make a third system that plays gba games? The SP is perfectly small, and it has all the necessary features left out from the original gba.

There will then be 5 things that can play GBA games: GBA GBA SP DS Add on for the Gamecube And now this... How much more will we need? o_0

BongoBob
They already have something like that. It's called the DS Seriously, it's not all about the graphics. The only reason I can think of to get a PSP is for THUG 2 Remix. That and Dynasty Warriors. But Dynasty warriors is coming to the DS so I don't really care about that. There are actually alot of good games coming out on DS. And to stay on topic, I think it looks stupid >.> <.<
toms
I think its a great idea. And its been gettng a lot of positive coverage on the less-gamer more-gadget oriented sites. Its smaller than the ipod-mini, not the ipod. Its pretty much appealing to the same sector as well... those who are more worried about portability and size than about all the hardcore features. I can see them phasing out the gameboy and going with just the micro for casual users (priced fairly cheap) and the DS for gamers. Think about it, the ipod manages to have the shuffle, the mini and the normal models, each appealing to a different secotr and price bracket... the micro, SP and DS are kind of the same thing. I can't see many SP or DS users buyingone, but (if its reasonably cheap, which it will have to be in comparisson to the DS and PSP) you can see a lot of people picking one up as a toy.
