mod problem

I'm running KotORv1.03, and have installed Achilles' Default Clothes/Jedi robes mod by manually copy/pasting the files into Override.

 

On the Endar Spire level, when Trask's supposed to do the whole heroic self-sacrifice thing, the dark jedi that's supposed to kill him doesn't appear, so the game gets stuck with the dialog widescreen open, with Trask waiting for the non-existent Sith to approach.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it?

If it were me I'd just keep open my override dir for the game without the files in it. Start the game and go ahead and get on Taris and save the game. Then just exit the game go back to your open override window and paste the files in there. (make sure in override not a folder inside override) .

 

Then just open the save game again when you load the game. You should be able to get them then.

Unfortunately, from what I have heard in another thread, I believe it is Achilles' mod that is causing the problem. Look at this thread for details on the problem. I would suggest not putting the mod in override until after the endar spire.

If what Darth Melignous and Moeller suggested doesn't work, typing non-existent warp codes (such as "warp u" (without the quotes)) ends conversations.
