coruscant land map is confirmed WHOOO

well right when i saw the picture of a gunship lifting off in the trailor on starwars.com i thought hey i guess there is a map. Then somebody on gametoast posted a picture of a coruscant test map for the beta so CORUSCANT LAND MAP IS PLAYABLE FOR BF2 heres the link to the trailor

if its a TEST Map for the beta, it does not mean automatically that the map will be in the Final Version

I think that's the ship I saw in some trailer that had the Battle of Endor in it.

In the beta it is called a Victory-2 Vrigate.

That doesn't look anything like a Victory 2, and the Victory 2 is a destroyer, not a frigate.

I know, but in the SWBFII beta it is called a Victory-2 Vrigate or something very incorrect.

But if you look at the original trailer, you will see a tidbit of the Jedi temple map. It is just that the new trailer makes it more noticible.

hmm but i wouldn't think the jedi temple would have a gunship thats why i had the idea that tehre was a regular coruscant city map for bf2 like rends map

Sometimes several types of weapons are made as a package to work together. This could be what is happening. The Victory destroyer and a frigate.

 

Ofcoarse that would also mean that the Victory does not follow the "the name of the class is the name of the first ship" rule but hey that has happened before. Remmember their is a Defender destroyer and fighter.

It's the Jedi temple, it looks exactly like the Jedi Temple.

From what i've seen there are non playable gunships in the game,

e.g. gunships that destroy gun emplacements when General Grievous has been killed on Utapau.
