Ok, so I may be behind the times, but I just got a new computer that is actually capable of running Kotor & Kotor 2 for the PC and got into modding both (NEWBIE) (mostly re-skins and such) Then my husband and I decided to mod our old Xbox (old - as in bought in August of 2002 when they first came out) and I have been fiddling around with ftp-ing MY stuff over to our XBox, just for replay fun with my favorite game Anyhoo, what I was wondering is - where are all of the Kotor XBox modders that make all those great Action Replay saves for the XBox and how do you guys (and gals) do it? I know there are tutorials here for PC modding but how about some XBox tutorials or something??? Anyone...
The Doctor Posted October 30, 2005 Posted October 30, 2005 Not a lot of people mod the Xbox version, as far as I know. They prefer to mod the PC version, which I assume is easier to mod and has more modding possibilities. I'm not really sure, though.

mjpb3 Posted November 6, 2005 Author Posted November 6, 2005 I have added a few Kotor mods to my XBOX with not a lot of fuss and bother. The biggest problem so far with modding the XBOX was setting up the FTP, but after a few days of cussing and yelling (not at each other mind you... at the XBOX ) my hubby and I got ours fixed up and now it's no problemo I love adding modded stuff to our XBOX. It's so cool to see stuff I made on the XBOX Oh, heck, I just love console gaming so much more than PC gaming... PERIOD

I just feel like I have more control on the XBOX, but I agree, the PC has better graphics and the mods are fun, but over all I prefer consoles anyday... but that's just me

Or have you found a way around transfering files and stuff My XBox is modded, for about... 2 months now, I think So far, I have had no problems with tranferring mods to my XBox. That is as long as I don't use model files (mdl and mdx) and I downsize tga files to half. It's wicked cool seeing something I made running around on my TV screen
