Help! *really weird game bug*

First of all: I use cheats. Okay. Here is what happens:

 

I am at the part on Telos where I'm in the Jedi thing. I confront the jedi, and then I go to get my part members from their cages (I played it through once, and it worked)

Except... they aren't in their shield things. They are outside and are standing there.

This has happened twice to me. Now, when I go to talk to Atton, it just says something like:

CHEAT NODE (Skip to PC Confrontation with whats her face)

CHEAT NODE (Continue conversation with Keira

 

This is really frustsrating, because this is the second time it's happened. I can't board the Ebon Hawk because I don't have companions with me. So I'm stuck there.

 

Can someone help me out here? (Don't say 'start over without cheats'.. I really just have a lot more fun with the cheats on)

Don't choose "Alright we mean no harm" when the Handmaiden tells you to give up your weapons, let Kreia talk you into it. It's a bug introduced through the patch. Theres a fix for this over at PCGameMods or TSL Resto project.

Question: I'm going good, and all of the sudden, my guys are going dark. Why is this? Is this a bug? Should I use the cheats to make them good again?

^I had the same problem while using cheats. Your charisma is to high. Set it to something like 30 and lower it again if you need to.

 

@D333: I re-installed the game then updated it again, and it worked fine. I didn't need the patch given above.
