I can't seem to figure out why Goto won't send for me.

 

I'm quite sure I've done everything I needed to on Nar Shaddaa.

...at least I thought so.

 

What exactly is the trip mission that activates Goto to summon me?

 

I can't believe I've forgotten this after so many times playing this game.

(I think I need a memory wipe)

Have you bribed Kaalah-Nah, the little mouse-man outside the pazaak den?

The trip is to either piss off or do stuff for the Exchange. If you do good and bad stuff they might cancel out....

I thought I did that already. Now when I go to him, there's no inquiry to allow me to bribe him.

I think you might have to get into the pazzak den first by talking to him.

 

His bribe dialogues might be dependent on that. I'm not sure though, but its the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Nope. You should be able to ask, "Where do I stand with the Exchange," regardless of timing unless you've already done it. Once you have, try heading into the Refugee sector and you should have a cutscene where the Red Falcon (? is this right?) lands and boards the Ebon Hawk. You go back, blah blah, kill everyone, then T3 has a message, I believe. Just run around and talk to everyone if it doesn't work, there aren't that many areas .
