Missing textures on the Vjun level

most likely a shader problem created by some 3rd party pk3 you have.

Yes those are usually caused by textures in maps you downloaded. Note that mods with edited textures can cause this error too. Maps such as Forest Santuary and The Matrix Reloaded map causes this problem.
