I was having the same problem as Slipstreme, and I fixed it by cleaning my Temp folder as mjpb3 said to try:

*Have you tried cleaning out your Temp folder?*

 

It worked perfectly and she (PFHC03) looks lovely (I wish she had green eyes though ^_~)

She is no longer modding as of last I heard. Her friend has kept her downloads on her own site for us,
