Where can I get pakscape?

i just started to mess with model editing today

so i might need more help in the future

 

i d/l modview but now i think i need "packscape"

 

any help???

pak files are just zip files so u can view them in any normal zip viewer. i prefer winrar since its a nice program and it keeps the file structure intact when viewing.
