killerluk
well here goes ... i dont think its just me when i say that im kinda dissapointent with the game its filled with bugs and unbalenced imo bugs like : lose heroes in campaign(i lost darth vader and couldent finish campaign cause of it) ships flying through asteriods and shooting at em (a demo bug wich still aint fixed) autoresolve is the worst thing you can do to your troops (6 AT-AT 10 infantry lose from 4 rocketinf, 2 normal inf) surely these bugs must have been known? dident they test their own game? and before release you heard a lot from petro in different forums now i dont hear anything from em
Admiral Z
I haven't faced the lost heroes yet and the ships flying through asteroids bug. I'd figure that when auto-resolving, they don't want it to be a cakewalk where you simply win without losing anything. So I don't think that's a bug. killerluk
also the ground ai is way to hard even on easy level ... i had 2 inf squads, 2 rocket, 1 light vehicle unite on kashyck... i com there blow up one prison ai attack with tie mauler run over all my inf before i can even target the maulers ... i mean that just sucks ass
mattwild
So you're telling me that TIE Maulers should just either a) meander round or b) purposely try to avoid running over your infantry? I haven't had the asteroids thing. And Pertyglyph have been extremely good with customer service so far, my game is already patched twice up to v1.2, so I would have to disagree on the bad quality considering it should all be patched up in the first few days. I do have to comment though, the AI actually seems ridiculously easy on easy, can anyone say if they have changed it for the EU version?
Guest DarthMaulUK
and before release you heard a lot from petro in different forums now i dont hear anything from em Havent you heard of the weekend? Games are always going to have problems and if you autoresolve a battle, thats your own fault. Yes maybe you might think its not worth attacking Kessel (for example) as it just has pirates but they extremely well equipped and capable of destroying units DMUK

TotalBiscuit
A game with bugs? THAT'S INSANITY! Here's an idea. Most bugs can easily be blamed on the publisher rushing the game out before it was ready. A game is never 'finished', there's always something that can be done to it, but there is a point where a publisher will say 'enough is enough, release now or can the entire project'. Considering the amount of bugs in prevous Lucasarts games, it's not much of a leap to conclude that these bugs are the result of a rushed release by an impatient publisher after cold hard cash. TB. Admiral Z
That is one of the most illogical things ever posted. What's so illogical about that? You click auto-resolve without participating in the fighting and expect to win with everything intact? I'm sure Hitler did that and look what happened. Foshjedi2004
Ok. I mailed Chris about all the Bugs you have all been seeing and according to him all these bugs have only been found on the different CPUs. They didn't have thjem during QA. The main thing about QA is that the CPus they use are relatively clean. they don't have all the junk etc that you all have on your CPUs. Just calm down a bit. In a few weeks all of these bugs will be gone as they get systematically destroyed.
MadMattUK
Ive never had any critical bugs like Heroes disappearing, or being unable to complete missions etc. The main bugs i encounter are spaceships flying through asteroids, capital ships flying into each other, capital ships flying INSIDE space stations, and units that simply dont appear on the screen (multiplayer only). I think some of these are probably a compatibility issue with my graphics card like the invisible units but the rest are the physics behind the game. I heard that it was really difficult during programming to stop the ships from flying through each other, but for me they still have not seemed to fully dealt with this task.
