Ras8472 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Is it possible to fix how Revan's cape looks stiff and overly starched for both KOTOR1 and 2?
Kainzorus Prime Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 *urge to kill rising* Simple answer: No. Detailed answer No, because nobody cracked animation code of K1/K2.
DarthAragorn Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 As much as I would love it, no, there is not.
Ras8472 Posted March 14, 2006 Author Posted March 14, 2006 so there is no way to use the cape model from the Revan that you fight in the cave in Korriban and make a mod where you can wear those clothes without the stiff cape?
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 That model has a stiff cape as well. The only thing the cape can do in either game is deform when the PC's legs hit it.
Master Kavar Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 so there is no way to use the cape model from the Revan that you fight in the cave in Korriban and make a mod where you can wear those clothes without the stiff cape? I thought the same thing once, but then I found out the Revan in K1 and the Revan in TSL is actually the exact same model. It only looks "fixed" because you're viewing him running at you, instead of seeing from behind where the feet would be poking through. Even with the animations "cracked" it's still very unlikely that this problem will ever get fixed, just because of certain limitations in the game engine.
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 It'll eventually get fixed, just not for a while.
