Everyone here starts work at ~9 am. Between cars and construction/destruction, the noise is effectively non-stop. Work stops around 5 pm. Then everybody in the city starts drinking and partying. Early morning is the only time of the day I can hear myself think. ------------------ It's like I always say: When the going gets tough, the tough . . . switch to artillery.
