Ok I want to do a test run with the new selkath model, but I don't know how to put the new model saved as a gmax. file into my game as a readable model

 

What you will need to do is export the model from gmax as an ascii-model. Now if all you have done is move existing vert coords then you should be able to use Taina's replacer tool. It is a bit quirky but it should work. If you changed the mesh entirely then You would want to use mdlops replacer function. However since the Animations haven't been fully cracked yet your model still may get fouled up.
