The science behind Psychonauts

That'd be awesome. PSYCHIC BABY ATTACK.

You know, I've long entertained the notion of Raz first descovering his psychic powers as an infant, too. His parents try to wean him from his pacifier, he uses TK to open the dresser drawer, take out the pacifier, and start sucking away. He's stuck in his playpen with nothing to do, so he sets a table on fire. Thus, his father decides to start training him as an acrobat not long after he starts walking, in order to distract him from using his developing powers. That's what I think, anyway.

I'm pretty sure that if I ever saw a pyschic baby I would totally be best friends with him. We could hang out at babies R' us intimidating other smaller less powerful babies. I could use him to like open bottles, or change the channel on the T.V. without having to even touch the remote. He would be the ultimate tool, which also emits pyschic poo. Which he would hurl around everywhere with his power. And I could chip in with some of my own. I beileve a pyschic monkey would be the ultimate culmination of greatness though. I would KILL for a pyschic monkey. Named Cornelius.

I made a thoery based on 'observing' (ooh, fancy!) Elton and Dogan. They claimed to speak to animals. Animals wouldn't communicate linguistically. Instead, their thoughts would be pure and based around sight, sound, touch or emotion and that it would be up to the children (mainly Dogan and Elton) to decipher and translate[interpret] it. As if it was a code or puzzle that they had to piece together. If that was the case, wouldn't it be possible to interpret foreign languages? Or would humanity be too entrenched with the linguistic meaning behind words?

And in responce to the Milka thing, if you've read her Myspace (which i guess would just be fanon though it was made my Tim Shafer) you'd see that her home situation wasn't the best. Her mom couldn't stand to look at her since she looked 'too much like dad', so Milka would go invisible. She'd do that when she ran away (though she just stayed in her room, invisible, for HOURS). So Milka's case would not be a result of puberty or aging. It would be more likely to be a result of her subcouncious want/need to remain unseen as a method to stay safe and not be hurt (it's the fight or flight thing, Though it overlaps with defense. If no one could see her, no one could say/do anything to hurt her either emotionally or physicaly).
