jake123456
I wonder if anyone could help me with the problem I keep having. I tried to change the pop cap for land battles by aktering the game constants file. However , every time I change it, the game won't start, saying the an exception has occured. Does anyone know how to solve this isuue, thanks in advance.

fortune faded13
you have to go to factions.xml. in there there should be a prat that lookes like this <Land_Skirmish_Unit_Cap_By_Player_Count> 0,10, 1,10, 8,5, </Land_Skirmish_Unit_Cap_By_Player_Count> or something like that... change all the 2nd numbers to something higher than 10. Athanasios
Or got in Markers.xml and search for reinforcement point. In the variants you see a tag <additional_popcap>; change that to your preferation. Ofcourse, unless you make a new model to reflect the new pop cap, you'll see the old one. Not big deal but....
