Because the writers of Civil War are hacks. Don't worry none of these events will be placed as official timeline cannon, merely alternate universe. I hope he just stops making little cameo's in Marvel Comic book movies and creates more kickass stuff like he did in the good ol' days. Also, the new spidey suit is ok in my opinion. Red and gold never really go together for me. I think the back story to the suit is(and I'm not too sure) Iron Man did somthing important for spiderman, bla bla bla, BFF for ever, Spiderman get's a new costume to be just like his BFF Iron man.
