neenja
i was talking to canderous and he mentioned that during a battle he blew up an asteroid, and inside was something made of rock the shot plasma/a firey projectile, and when they tracked it, it flew outside of the galaxy, and therefor they stopped chasing it. has anyone else noticed this? and if so, and this has been reported before, please dont flame. i am completely un-aware of any other posts about this.... mimic666
Yes this has been discussed before, but I cannot remember what thread. It was discussed that it might have been one of their smaller vessels that got here thousands of years sooner because they can move quicker, but is unlikely because of a timeline difference. Maybe someone else can tell you more.

Everyone starts out like that here. Don't worry about it. Ok, the asteroid ship was a bioship used by the Yuuzhan Vong. When the Yuuzhan Vong left their galaxy, these asteroid bioships reached the galaxy faster, and they scouted the galaxy. But here is the problem: Canderous finds the ship 4000 years before Ep. 4, but in the New Jedi Order series, it is said that the Vong don't leave their galaxy untill 3000 years before Ep. 4. So we really don't know for sure what is is, and we might not know untill KOTOR 3. But it fits the description of a Vong bioship perfecly.

Yes, after Kotor II came out we all cast aside Obsidian and started praising BioWare for such a good job, but they can't even get some simple times right!!! I can't wait for KOTOR 3 to come out so we can see the way they covered up that mistake. If they even mention it.

Maybe one Vong ship was exiled for a crime or it got lost due to ships malfunction, etc.
