Legend of Two

[Black Knight of Keno]

((The 'two' should be on the clearing where two of the rangers, three of their panther companions and Xandrin are and where Ilenial and Mariela shouldn't yet be. They are also surrounded by hungry wild animals such as wolves, bears, tigers and wolverines so Xandrin shouldn't have such an easy passage to the clearing unless he decided he can control all the animals in the forest. Their mission is to reunite the magical and the 'real' world))

 

The panther did not move, but continued to growl at Xandrin, lashing out with it's paw as the man started to walk towards the pandithi. It set itself again infront of the man, stopping him and warning him to stand back or it would have to attack.

Xandrin stared at the Panther, then started to use hsi shapeshifting, only chnaging his eyes and the look of a face to mirror that of a panther and this time warned it not to trifle with him.

((One final question, Tepe: do the Two know what their mission is? Or are they simple teenagers frightened out of their wits to be surrounded by wild animals and having panthers protect them?))

 

 

Marli laughed. "And of course rangers are always to be followed, is that it?" She shook her head. "But I'll admit, Ranger," she went on, "I trust your guidance more than that of some of your fellow Rangers."

 

She continued for a moment in silence before asking, "So by your paths, how long will it take us to reach them?"

 

 

((Tepe, when she says 'by your paths', she means the more common modes of transportation... like walking, riding a horse, and stuff like that. Being an elementalist, she could, if she chose ride the lightning and get there at the speed of light. Or she could use her personal favorite mode of transportation, the winds. But she wants to follow you, so she has to know how long it'll take or she'll begin to get really impatient. ))
