Emperor Devon
The alignment of your party member's becomes more similar to yours as you gain influence with them. But you'll just get the statistical bonuses that come with being aligned to the dark or light side, and some different appearances for them. They won't act any differently. MetalMark
I know that if you have Atton dark enough he likes killing innocent people with The Exile. If Bao-Dur is completly dark he still is mad when you kill innocent people. Kreia doesn't really care she mostly talks about some echo I created when I play darkside. Visas is ok with it. The rest I dont know.

I will quote myself... The alignment of your party member's becomes more similar to yours as you gain influence with them. The logic behind an influence system like that is self-evident. But to answer your question plainly, losing influence with your party members makes their alignments differ from yours.
