I know that if you have Atton dark enough he likes killing innocent people with The Exile. If Bao-Dur is completly dark he still is mad when you kill innocent people. Kreia doesn't really care she mostly talks about some echo I created when I play darkside. Visas is ok with it. The rest I dont know.

u guys didn't answer my question, well in case u didn't understand let me rephase it,

 

i am a darkside jedi, an i am wounding like for example i talked to handmadian an i just lost influence from her (-) an now will that make her evil, or more gooder (just hypothecticly)

I already answered your question. I will quote myself...

 

The alignment of your party member's becomes more similar to yours as you gain influence with them.

 

The logic behind an influence system like that is self-evident.

 

But to answer your question plainly, losing influence with your party members makes their alignments differ from yours.
