TSL installation problem

when it starts the installation it flashs like its bringing up a big screen then goes back to the desktop screen and it dont come up but it comes up fine on other computers i cant list my computer specs cause i dont know how but im pretty sure it has nothing to do with because my computer is much better then the other ones

Given the amount of RAM your system has (as well as your pagefile being a bit under the recommended amount), I'd check what processes are running in the background. You can do this by opening the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and going to the Processes tab. Since I don't know what you have installed, I cant tell you what process to kill (I suggest ordering the processes by username and only killing processes running under your username, you can post their names here and I'll tell you if you can kill them if you'd like though).
