Ztalker
A lawyer told me about a case he defended a long time ago. An 18 year old guy had sex with his 17 year old girlfriend. The girl's sister was not happy and denounced him as inciting her to debauchery. Of course, the sister lost her cause as the judge said he won't condemn someone for being a year older. Thanks, LIAYD...one can never be to sure (considering i'm 17 myself) @Topic: Okay...looking at these posts, is seems like he won't be let into Canada, since he commited a crime. He can't enter America either, since he's an exile now. So...any other options? We could always send him to Iraq...as a cultural exchange...to see what they do with child-moletsres there. (I think it involves pain...horrible pain...)

montnoir
...a very horrible hell-hole controlled by genocidal dictators where homosexuals can get married. Hell! I tell you! Hell! People are oppressed here in Canada! We can say what we want about the government! We can walk in streets without getting shot! Free healthcare! Dear lord! Save us all! So, are you going to take that lying down or are you going to stand up to the opression like a man?! ...sissy boy. ...couldn't resist.
lukeiamyourdad
So, are you going to take that lying down or are you going to stand up to the opression like a man?! ...sissy boy. ...couldn't resist. I'm going to start by petitioning the UN, which will debate for the next 10 years on what to do. Of course, I blame the United States for all of the problems in Canada. Please people, take this as a joke... House arrest: If it was a case of house arrest, why not keep him in the US? All in all, you cannot really enforce house arrest. The police here probably won't arrest him for getting out of his home since they have no responsability to watch him and he's not really dangerous. Hallucination
I say we dress him up as a seal and send him to Newfoundland. @LIAYD: Well, we don't elect our chief of state...
Feagildin
I say we just start using life prison sentences for this kind of thing. But sending him to Canada, eh? Why not just put in a hotel in Toronto with season tickets to the theater? The court system these days needs to be put back in its place. We're headed toward a country ruled by the Supreme Court where the lower courts take over for the rest of the government. The courts are supposed to provide checks and balances for the other two branches, not make executive decisions on their own. But now i'm ranting, so I'll stop. lukeiamyourdad
Well, news are in, the Canadian autorities have arrested him but released him after he appeared in court. The lawyers pleaded that the man had committed no crime according to Canadian law and they can't keep an "innocent" man. The government is trying to find a solution to avoid this kind of madness in the future.
