Negative Sun
Enjoy! I wanted to make wee Revan my avatar, but even sized down and cut back on frames it's still too big a file... Any other suggestions for gifs from the KotOR cutscenes? Edit: if it looks slow and shocky at first, give it a sec until it's fully loaded. Jeff
Nice! You made that? Looks awesome. Too bad the filesize is too big for your avatar.
Aash Li
Kinda choppy, and it loops rather oddly as well.. but thats hard to actually get a animation to loop without the clunkiness. Ive tried, and its *hard*

Aash Li
Oh, no. The animation its self is very smooth and nicely captured. Its when it loops back to the starting frame that it jumps.
Bimmerman
Looks pretty sweet, nice job! on a side note, how do you go about resizing an animated gif for an avatar? whenever I try it resizes just one frame(not sure about terminology), which defeats the purpose thanks
Sabretooth
on a side note, how do you go about resizing an animated gif for an avatar? whenever I try it resizes just one frame(not sure about terminology), which defeats the purpose If you are using Adobe ImageReady, an Image Resize can decrease the size of all frames. Normally, I'd suggest you use a professional GIF editing software, like Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Flash, or one of those other low-budget programs off Download.com, Softpedia and so on. As for the GIF, well that's good. I'm sure that'll satisfy a lot of people who wanted a Revan avatar with his lightsaber igniting.
Negative Sun
Oh, no. The animation its self is very smooth and nicely captured. Its when it loops back to the starting frame that it jumps. I slowed it down a bit...Unfortunately there's not much that can be done against that jump, except maybe freeze the last frame and fade out, but that would make the file bigger, cause fade out adds like an extra 10 frames or so... Looks pretty sweet, nice job! on a side note, how do you go about resizing an animated gif for an avatar? whenever I try it resizes just one frame(not sure about terminology), which defeats the purpose thanks I use Animation Shop 3, there's a free trial for download here As for the GIF, well that's good. I'm sure that'll satisfy a lot of people who wanted a Revan avatar with his lightsaber igniting. Are you talking about another scene where he ignites his lightsaber? Or the one I made? I'm a bit confused here lol
