SilentScope001
Sorry for not telling this before... My "Model United Nations" club is hosting a MUN conference. The "Model United Nations" simulate the acutal United Nations, where you represent countries and you try to help that country accomplish its goals. You play as a country in the General Assembly, where you chat, go in casuses where you meet up with other diplomats, and make speeches to get your view across, and ultimately, to have an outcome that sastifes everyone. It's quite fun. If you are in Arizona, I'd suggest you come today. Just go and register today! I am representing the country of China, and researching my country's position before entering is quite educational. I hope to see you there! ASU Model UN Conference Saturday April 7, 2007 12 noon to 5pm ASU Tempe Campus, Room MU 080 Fiesta (Basement of the Memorial Union) TOPICS: -Space Milirazation -Encourging Global Free Trade -The Question of Palestine For more info or to register send an email to: asumodelun@gmail.com
Aash Li
Dont forget that the person heading the Human Rights Commitee must also be playing a terrorist. ^_^
HerbieZ
No offense m8 but it's not my cup of tea. I'd most likely fall into a deep coma. A very deep one.
Mike Windu
MUN conferences are actually quite fun, surprisingly. I'm a senior but I joined MUN this year and we did the UVA conference and Rhodes Conference.. and I found out that I love UVA and hopefully will be going there.
