Guest DarthMaulUK
SWGalaxies.net relaunches!! The popular Lucasarts Fan Network (LFN) are pleased to announce today that one of it's most popular sites, http://www.swgalaxies.net has finally relaunched after weeks of hard work. Following the online adventures from the popular Lucasarts & SOE developed MMO, Star Wars Galaxies, the networks brand new looking site will provide players with all the latest news from around the game together with latest screenshots, stories and player interviews. 'The community plays a very big part in the success of any website, and swgalaxies.net will be no different. We've several reporters out there across the servers looking for events and stories to report on' said DarthMaulUK, admin on the site and the LFN Network. The new site will bring in full updates on quests and professions, so be sure to look out for our new 'Close Encounters' section - which takes a closer look at a planet, or quest. This is a new monthly feature! 'When working on a project like this, it's important that the developers and publishers are on board and I have to thank both Lucasarts and SOE for supporting the entire project.' said DarthMaulUK, who continued on 'The new site launches with a brand new exclusive Q&A with the SWG Team AND, we have a fantastic competition with some intergalactic prizes to give away!' he added. About the LFN Network LucasArts Fan Network, generally known as LFNetwork, traces its origins back to several fan-made LucasArts gaming web sites in early 1997. Today, LFNetwork, LLC is a limited liability corporation arranged by enthusiasts who are dedicated to the promotion and coverage of the LucasArts genre. When the two powerhouses of LucasGames and The International House of Mojo were fused in early 2001, LFNetwork was born as unification for the cult followings of each network. As millions of gamers pass through LFNetwork's countless web sites every month, LFNetwork continues to grow at a tremendous pace. Our viewers consist of casual fans, hardcore gamers, and industry leaders who are interested in immersing themselves with our interactive sites and keeping up with round-the-clock news coverage.
