My Complaint against spam

I signed up for the beta of this MMO called Granado Espada aka Sword of the New World.

 

Right after that, I get spammed both in Korean and Spanish at the two emails I used.

 

In retrospect, I should have prepared/used a spam account, but since this MMO is pretty legit (from the creators of Ragnarok Online and with a HQ in Singapore) I thought I could risk it.

 

This spam was really bad. We're talking about 20+ posts a day! Although its quietened, it's still coming in.

 

So, pissed off, I have written this following letter to the Service Feedback Department (in a form letter).

 

Ever since I applied for the Beta for Granado Espada, I have been receiving non-stop spam in KOREAN and SPANISH for the last 3 months.

 

They come in batches of 20 or more at a time and although I weathered it for a few months, I decided enough is enough.

 

If you do not take my e-mails (-censored-@-nil-.com) and (-nothingtoseehere-@-boo-.com) from your spam lists within a week, this is the actions I will take.

 

1.) I will call up your customer service office desk in Singapore.

 

2.) I will write a letter to your feedback department.

 

3.) I will report you to CASE.

 

4.) I have a friend within your localization team. From them I will find the number for one of your supervisors and complain directly.

 

5.) If no action is taken, I will repeat all said actions but with lots and lots of cussing.

 

No, in fact, I'll curse right now.

 

IF YOU DON'T ****ING TAKE MY EMAILS OFF YOUR ****ING GAY SPAM LISTS I WILL MAKE YOU PAY, YOU UNDERSTAND! YOU DON'T ****ING MESS WITH ME, ****HEADS! YOU GET THAT?! **** YOU AND **** YOUR GAME AND **** YOUR SERVICE!

 

**** YOU **** YOUR MOM **** YOU DAD **** YOUR SON **** YOUR DAUGHTER **** YOUR ENTIRE ****ING GENE POOL!

 

ANYONE WHO USES A SPAM SERVICE DESERVES TO BE ****ING RAPED MURDERED TORTURED AND DECAPITATED YOU ****ING GET ME!

 

So do as I say, and I won't have to **** your ass off.

 

Question: Did I go overboard, or am I freaking justified?

PS: The "****" are all the same words.

Well, I'm sure you got their attention. :D

 

Jae's rule of thumb is

1. make the first one nice but direct and specify the problem and what you want done. That way, if you get a nice person on the other end, they'll want to help.

2. If number 1 doesn't work, then I pull out the nasty words. :D They're usually big ones because I enjoy that look of confusion they get when they don't understand.
