Achilles
I know it's been out overseas for a while but it was only released in the U.S. last week. I saw it over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Anyone see it yet?
Commander Obi-Wan
It's only playing in theatres here. It was advertised very well. I have heard of it though. But, I didn't think it was playing. I went to see Rescue Dawn, which also was only available in two theatres. I enjoyed that movie, but I can't say anything about Sunshine.
Jae Onasi
This isn't that cheezy movie from the 70's about a woman dying of cancer, is it?
Totenkopf
Here's 2 plot summaries I found: 1)The Sun is being destroyed from inside out by a type of highly stable form of matter that renders nuclear fusion impossible, by turning common matter on its own kind. The only hope is to send a team of astronauts to detonate a massive, highly energetic bomb, able to destroy this strange matter and restore Sun's natural state. 2)50 years into the future, the Sun begins to die, and Earth is dying as a result. A team of astronauts are sent to revive the Sun - but the mission fails. Seven years later, a new team are sent to finish the mission as they are Earth's last hope. My brother saw this and said that it was kinda slow, but the last 40+ minutes were interesting.

ET Warrior
I'm going to see it tonight with some other friends of mine who are big scifi fans. I'm really excited for it.
Achilles
My 2 cents: If you are going to see a sci-fi movie, you probably aren't going to like it. If you are going to see a Danny Boyle/Alex Garland psychological drama, then you'll probably enjoy it a great deal.
