[K1]Republic Uniform (as a disguise)?

Would it be possible to take the Republic Soldier uniform and make that a disguise item that makes your character look like the Soldiers (note: this is not a request for changed clothing, but a request to make a full disguise) It would be like the Sith Armor Disguise Item, but it would be a republic soldier one.
