RoxStar
It seems Vivendi and Activision have merged into Activision Blizzard. I wonder if another huge video game company will send this industry even farther down the tubes? http://www.joystiq.com/2007/12/02/activision-and-vivendi-merge-in-18-billion-deal/
BongoBob
Makes me wonder if they will have the power to take down EA?

Not just WoW either, Warcraft, Starcraft, and Diablo are untouched by anything EA could ever pull off.
MrWally
What the hell man. I want goddamn vanilla Blizzard, not this "Activision Blizzard" bull****. ARGH You have to remember that Blizzard is still relatively independent. They have their same team working on their same games. Activision didn't buy Blizzard, they just merged the two companies together. Personally I think this is great (although it has potential to be bad...). We are literally seeing the merge of the game developer with the best Eastern market with game developer that has the second greatest Western market. And neither of them are evil! Kjølen
I'd rather think of a cross between Mech Warrior and F.E.A.R. Now all Microsoft has to do is buy them both for cheaper!
