I had tried everything and I went to a hint site and it says to get Chipedo (the little guy with the bust-all) to talk about hoisery. The guide says that once you do that you can try to get some hoisery and trade it for a gun. But I don't seem to have that option in the dialog with Chipedo! I have tried loading earlier savegames to see if it was a glich but he never mentions anything about hoisery. I already have gotten the bust-all from him and made the S.S. Then when she is looking away smoke a cigarette in it. Try it a few times and eventually she will accidentally burn her stockings and throw them in the trash.
