Custom Lego Clone Commando

Hey all,

 

while searching for armor ideas for custom Lego Clone Commando's I happened on a thread on this site where people were designing their own skin variants for Republic Commando.

 

I thought this might be a place where I could get some feedback on my own custom creations.

 

I started my first variation tonight name: Neo. His armor will feature a variant of the Mandalore Neo-Crusader insignia with red highlight.

 

I will post once it is complete but until then here is a link to a standard custom Lego Clone Commando.

PS. I have been told that white is one main color variation of katarn armor. Unfortunately that is all I can produce due to printing difficulties on black.

Hey thats the best lego RC figure Ive seen although the armor needs to be more greyish than white. Is the armor the one from the normal Clone Troopers lego? Also how did you do the helmet? Basicly how did you do the whole thing?? I want one. Could you do Delta Squad ones ie. Boss, Fixer, Scorch, and Sev?

Here is my first custom based on my Clone Commando decal.

I made up the backstory (obviously) but the part about the neo-crusaders is true.

 

I am also just finishing up another custom RC "Sonny". I will post once I have pics.

I see you've done Boss. Its great theres just one detail your missing. I know, I know I'm a perfectionist with this stuff. You missed the orange in the parts of his helmet and maybe on his armor. Look :

 

Heres the pic not circled.

 

I'm not saying that its a problem or anything but it might be nice to get the helmet the right look. Hope you can fix it if you want to. I'd like to see the new helmet if you do fix it.

Those legos are pretty neat... of course I'd rather have our beloved commandos Heroscape scale. I think those stats up in my sleep, I'm beginning to think.
